So Ben helped me, and I made this new plastic case - the mill works really well

I've added an old monitor and Raspberry Pi as a fixed CNC controller- killed 2 birds with 1 stone because it gives me TV in the garage, too :laugh:

Another handy thing with using the Raspberry Pi is it allowed me to attach an old USB webcam to the mill, plus run a remote desktop viewer on a tablet - so now I can sit in my office and keep an eye on the machining remotely...
