Damper mounts for roadgoing classes

As per the title, can the shock / damper mounting points be moved on the chassis and still remain in roadgoing classes? I am aware you can't move wishbone pickups.

Not on the chassis end no. All pickup points must remain standard Westfield for roadgoing (that's the chassis end). Modified classes are free though
