Looks like it is just a clubstand of NWKOC at the Retro Show: http://www.retroshow.co.uk/index.php ?

Yeah your right:oops:

Just asked the question,as the Kitfest page makes it sound like it's a show in its own right

Just had this off a organiser;

Hi Kev
It is the same weekend as the Retro Show but it’s own show in another section of the park. More details will follow this week. Santa Pod are setting up KITFEST tickets separately, so hang fire for a week if your looking to book.
Will be a great weekend.

Regards
Robert

The event looks good. Maybe @Alan France, Route66 - Shows & Events Coordinator Could look at getting our own club pitch if there’s enough interest?

When the extra info comes through I’ll get in touch and check the interest.

Trevor Harmer who started the NWKCOG has set the Kitfest event. Weekend early bird tickets are already available. I know him and am sure he could help if you felt it was needed @Alan France, Route66 - Shows & Events Coordinator

Looks good :yes:

I notice they mention that arm restraints are required for open top cars.

Yeah remember being there years ago and a kit car driver using them.

I believe a few of us are Simon, but have run out of time to organise a formal Club presence as such. However, can I please ask for someone in WSCC who is going, to take a bit of lead on this so that we can feedback to Simon. I'm keen we know where we are located on the day so we can at minimum send folks over to Simon and vice versa - thank you.

Thanks Andy.

We are running the drift like at Stoneleigh and have our awning and a single car display.

Have no idea the size of the event so we are going small to start with and lets hope its a good show as a new event is definitely welcome.

Patrick will also be there and he is more than happy to take parts orders at the event should anybody feel the urge.....
