Refreshing CACHE on a Mac

Looks like I can't see any of the speed series results  anymore. I can access the page but there is no info there.

Apparently there was a problem which has now been sorted but I still had the problem and I was informed that I needed to REFRESH my CACHE. How do I do that and are there any consequences????

If you get stuck in the future with any Mac problem, just phone Apple helpline.

They're very helpful and it's free however old your Mac is.

A quick fix for clearing a cached URL on a Mac is to type a “query” on the end of the url. Such as ?v=1 or ?x=foo.

This is especially handy if you want to browse to a url you have previously visited on https:// which has then changed to http:// and the Mac refuses to “forget” it!

Yep, this is always the default "go-to" way of doing it first. Most of the time it works, and handily avoids the "nuclear" option of clearing the whole cache.
