Steve (sdh2903)
Putting the feelers out on this. I have a full Zk wide body work set in Red potentially for sale. That's a tub. Detachable rear wings Nose cone Bonnet (standard not v8) Scuttle Boot box Screen fillet. I do not have a set of front arches. The bodywork is approx 18 years old but never been fitted. Never cut or drilled. The tub has been stored on the chassis then braced in a frame since I got it. The tub does have a few storage marks on it but I suspect will polish out. I'm going to go over it all properly once the current Scottish monsoon dies down and take some decent photos. The rest of the body parts are mint. Infact the quality of this bodywork actually seems better than the last set of bodywork I had from the factory in 2016. £1000.

To be fair I missed it out and then edited to say red. I obviously wasn't quick enough. I may well part out eventually if people express an interest in the bigger parts but a sale of the full set is my preference. 1

Steve (sdh2903)
Pictures as promised. now on the main tub there are a couple of marks. I've tried to show these in the pics as best I can but quite tricky to show up. The biggest being a scratch on the inside of the arch on the drivers side. I suspect a wet sand and polish would remove but I'd want the body on and rigid before attempting. There's a small blemish on the top of the drivers arch which looks more like a moulding mark. Bout a quarter of an inch in diameter and not deep. Really hard to show up On the rear panel around the spare wheel moulding there are some pinprick white spots. I really don't know if these are just flecks of paint that have been picked up in storage or if it's in the gelcoat. Again tricky to show up. You need to open up the pic and zoom in. this might sound like I'm ripping it to shreds but I'm just a fusspot so would like to be 100% honest so that any potential buyer is happy with what they're getting. The marks don't detract from the overall look of the body. Cheers Steve
Paul Hurdsfield - Joint Manchester AO
You really need to get the rear behind the wheel arches supported otherwise it will be a nightmare to fit after such a long time. Not trying to p1$$ on your sale, but those back ends really do sag. Those little pits in the gelcoat are probably air holes and will fill with a bit of clear gel. Steve (sdh2903)
Hi Paul. Yes it's been stored supported on a frame with the rear fully supported. Matched to the dimensions of the chassis. I only brought it onto the lawn to give it a clean and take some pics.
Steve (sdh2903)
Price drop for the weekend. Fixed price of £1000. Less than half the price of new.
Kit Car Electronics
Steve, please can you measure the rear arch width? I'm very tempted (apart from the practical problem of collecting it!)
Kingster
They’ll be 240mm wide
Kingster
Just to clarify. 240mm is standard width. Wide ones are 280mm. You only get wide for a Sierra SDV (or you want Uber wide wheels) and Steve’s car does not have SDV rear uprights or Uber wide wheels. Ergo they’re standard
Steve (sdh2903)
Yes Chris is right. I'm pretty sure they're 240mm. I may be able to assist in getting it a little bit further south if your not in a mega rush Mike. Not as far as Essex but every little helps
Kit Car Electronics
No rush at all, Steve - I'm just working on the rationale at home Apparently I have a very long list of more important jobs to do first... I'll try to make a decision asap though
