Matthew Haynes Posted October 7, 2018 Posted October 7, 2018 3.2.2 Classes E and F must comply with MSA Yearbook Regulations S.12 In Classes E and F Cars must be run in a condition such that they would comply with MSA Yearbook Regulations S.11 for Road Going cars, with the exception of requiring valid MOT, Insurance or Road Tax. Tyres must be from list 1A or 1B or 1C of the MSA Tyre Regulations for 2018 The tyres are listed here: https://www.msauk.org/assets/196-206permittedtyresl-1.pdf Quote
Smudge62 Posted October 8, 2018 Author Posted October 8, 2018 Thanks, so out of list 1C what is considered the sprint best tyre. Quote
Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) - Club Chairman Posted October 8, 2018 Posted October 8, 2018 ZZR’s seem to have been hugely popular in the past, in a very soft compound. But note, check the regs! I believe using them (1c Tyres), put you into classes on the day, where you had to have a full cage and HANS device. Quote
Smudge62 Posted October 8, 2018 Author Posted October 8, 2018 Thank you, car is getting a full cage and I already have a HANS device 1 Quote
