Show me you mounted oil coolers!

I have decided it's probably best to have an oil cooler for the odd trackday that I intend to participate in. -  It's only an old crossflow, but it makes an ace noise and makes me smile!

I figure that it'll be fairly easy to mount a small oil cooler to the radiator, using the radiator brackets to hold it in place, I should be able to make some relatively light weight solid brackets with no welding required...

Has anyone got any pics of their setup to inspire me?

Thanks!

Looks straight forward, but 3 questions if I may?

1-Did you cut the lower grill openings yourself?

2- What about front number plate?

3-Which Oil Cooler did you use? No of Rows v Engine size?

Cheers?

1) yes, I used a Dremel disc to get close, then a Dremel drum sander to finish off. I've now added some grill behind

2) I use a stick-on one on the nose cone

3) Mocal 13-row for my 2.0l Zetec. I also have an 80C oil stat and the sump oil comes up to 80C even on a cold day. On track, my oil has reduced from >130C to <105C

The brackets are attached to rivnuts in the chassis front end, with a bit of rubber fuel hose on the bolts for isolation (the blue bits in the photo)
