For what ever reason the silver van appeared to be driving like a DANGLER i’d feel compelled to check if they needed help. Although! I did pass an accident once! We caught a guy driving an A5 very slow and vearing all over the road. It was about 11:30 pm.. clearly worse for ware bounced of the round about and planted it in some railings...
