Whilst assembling my diff I found a pair of M12 x 120 mm bolts missing but I did have a pair of M10. Obviously an error on packing.

I spoke to Ian from WF (He's the man that loads you kit in your van) at about half two yesterday, explained the problem and the bolts arrived today at around twelve.

Now that's impressive, credit where credit is due.
