Is there a doctor in the house?

So after a great weekend at Shelsley I managed to loose my balance, fall and slip all at once yesterday. Wooden floor, feet went sideways from under me and my left foot went straight into the heavy oak bookcase. All my toes are looking like purple heritage carrots and hurt a lot. I don’t think they are broken and the internet suggests there’s not much can be done. Day off work today though as I can’t get a shoe on :(

Ouch:oops:

I notice you're little toe is so embarrassed it's turning away from the others.

Ouch!

Had something similar years ago, I was cutting some kitchen worktop material when it came loose and dropped 2’ sideways across my foot.  Most of my foot was that colour.  Just had to limp for several days.  If you’re not a drinking man - start.  GWS! :)

Busted or not there's not much that can be done as far as I am aware. I've had a toe or two looking like that a few times. They get better and it doesn't take long.
