I lived in Krakow for 6 years while studying...good times ;) !  now not much far away and less traffic, better to live etc, and no green emission zones more space etc. Well what emissions while there is busy with green and grey huge airplanes producing "some" but not counted of course  pollutions , those are produced by enthusiats cars.... , airport involved in US - Russia current war and truck convoys around 24/7..  another  subject...

At least we are protected with patriot system , Kraków is not...

Errate .... Could not stand this nice weather despite left salt on dry nearby  (on nearby hills luckily not white from salt : ). ) and took Road Westfield for a ride  :) :) :)

Few changes during winter - 2.98 first gear, lightweight 4.3 vs 8 kg flywheel , new steering rack , simplified fuel system and some minor changes .

Good to be on road again !

As for the gearing - really its upgrade and more fun with donuts and starting on corners with lively rear :)vs original 3.6 type 9 gearbox 1st. But if I would do IT again I would go for even longer 2.7 (130 GBP more expensive but with all that work - worth it. At least with 3.92 diff).

Rest works as was suppoused - more lively revving engine . New steering rack better self centering and confidence. And fuel system with swirlpot delete works ok .

What a pleasure to drive Westfield  around again ! :)

Even a simple task of filling up with petrol takes over an hour to complete ;)

Two Westies out to play in the dark last night for the Devon & Somerset meet. Bit foggy in places but fun to be out. Good turnout too 👍

I do enjoy a summers evening run, possibly even more so that a summer daytime run.

The roads are quieter and the temp is better.

Gotta say, I admire your resilience Stuart. Not much stops you getting out does it! Excellent!
