A proper Westfield day today! A nice drive out thru Staffs & Shrops… The Danery at Quatford for a quick pint in the sun, then off to Ironbridge to The Swan Taphouse - parked up opposite & watched the world photograph the Westies & ignore the M4 & Porsche parked next to them. I know we’re biased but 🙏🫶🏼🥰👍🤛😘🍻

Looks like a good run out. What was it like at The Danery? Not made it to that one yet, but it's on my list.

Who'd have thought that an RS2000 would be the most expensive car in that line up!

Today they had the Shropshire Jaguar Owners Club so only stayed for a swift half & use the loo, then off again. But a regular Bike & Car pub….. 🍻

A wee run out today with my daughter to Braemar thru Glenshee and the old military road. What an amazing place, never been on the route before never mind in a Westie. 175 miles covered and on the last bit we got stuck in traffic, nose to tail and melting hot. The engine started running hot the dumped it's coolant. Lucky my wife was only a 40min drive away and saved the day. Awesome drive and not dampened by the engine boiling the coolant!IMG_20240730_152733_HDR.thumb.jpg.076569b0ef877468e5f1ef6ad67e0366.jpgIMG_20240730_153423_HDR.thumb.jpg.bb36a899efafc177e19df04952e133a1.jpgIMG-20240730-WA0008.jpg.8888c89457f4d0f1cccec492d38c191c.jpgIMG-20240730-WA0009.jpg.3b4f374017529c65b54fa0fb0cb9064e.jpg

Cracking day for it.

We do Glenshee up to Grantown on Spey every year, amazing roads, especially if you get it quiet.

If fact we've just booked hotels to do our NC250 and will head North that way.

Hope you get the overheating fixed 😬

Superb, enjoy your run. Is that soon.

I am sure the overheating will be something simple. It's back in the garage now and will look at it tomorrow maybe.

25th - 27th August. I've got a new fan on the way and planning some ducting too. Though you've had your car a while now, without issue I assume.

I have had no issues with temp until yesterday, My radiator is just open without out ducting. Hopefully you get a good spell of sunshine for the trip
