It's long discontinued kit from the nineties, or very early 2000's, I think. Made and sold by the factory, after they went racing in one of the sports car series, but I forget the details now, well before my time. Bits of the kit do come up second hand every so often. Typically just front and rear spoilers, i think there are fewer side pods out there. I love the look and its from the Golden years of Westfields competition history, under Chris Smith. Quote

Looks ace Hi Nick, it’s all old westfield stuff, hunt around and post wanted adds on all the forums /fb pages ive got the side pods now to do as well they were made for nb cars so I had to widen the rear wing to suit ( got a spare rear wing ) might be able to give you a lead on a front wing and pods if you were keen Quote

I’ve messaged you That’s generally all I’ve seen on road going cars. It might be my memory playing tricks, but I do have a vague memory of seeing some of the race coverage photos of the original track cars with what looked like a rigid GRP tonneau cover, over the passenger side of the cockpit too. But I assume this was a separately available race part. 1 Quote

DIY-Si Posted May 20, 2023 Posted May 20, 2023 I had a lovely trip out planned to Bicester: loads of other toy cars, bacon sarnies, sunshine, maybe even an ice cream. That was not to be, but at least the recovery guy turned up with his matching truck and outfit on. 1 5 Quote

The newly fitted clutch slave (the work was only finished this morning) blew in quite short order. I suspect I know why, but basically in fixing one problem I think I've accidentally created a different one. 🤦🏼 Quote

I managed to knacker a slave cylinder when replacing my clutch by trying to be clever and bleeding the system before bolting it in. A proper face palm moment 😂 1 Quote
