This morning 5 of us braved the changeable weather to visit Re:fuel (Malcolm & Dale in their Mini Van).  We met up at Ilminster Services and after a spirited drive down the back roads of Somerset/Devon arrived just before 09:00 to be parked between an Aston Martin and two Bugattis by fellow WSSC member Colin @Haflingerman who was acting as parking attendant for the Crashbox Classic Car Club.

An impromptu meet up this morning at The Honey Pot cafe in Rosliston.

 

Ian brought Bagpuss, Alex in the zetec, Tom and Lee in the megablade and Michael in the Fakerarri 👍

 

 

 

 

It's a great little cafe in South Derbyshire that do fabulous food.

 

A nice sausage and egg sandwich on "doorstep" bread, not good for the power to weight ratio 😂

ok it’s not shouting WOW at you but here’s a few pointers for you🫣

you don’t have to be a gymnast to get in it,

its £45k cheaper, it does double the mileage even when you drive it like you stole it! you can get a weeks shopping in the boot, its got cup holders, tyres are definitely not £220 a corner, and you can get over speed bumps without cringing , plus I get chauffeured to work in it all week  😜

P.S the Lotus was a friends I just went around for a spin, I haven’t won the lottery ……yet!
