This have to do with the own android configuration, and nothing to do with the web.

 

It is basically saying that unless you lock your phone with some sort of pin or pattern or so... the phone will not be able to store an remember your credentials. This is a privacy policy with android. So you have two options:

Unclicl in the webpage the tick box of "remember my credentials"

Or lock your phone with a PIN.
