Uploading photos to a post

This last week when I try to Drag and Drop or choose files, the images to a post becomes, Queued?, anybody know why?

Not seen either, are the files std JPG format or very large?

HI guys the files are JPEG average size about 4-50 MB, I've been putting photos on the Local Area Meets Forum for years. last ones Wirral/ N.Wales Pensioners Run Out 17th March using the same camera with the same setting I've used for years

Most of mine are around 1.5 to 2Mb, maybe try something a bit smaller, or lower res and I've not had any problems
