Brucester70
Maybe a dumb question but can you put one of these plates on a Q???
FATBOY
Maybe a dumb question but can you put one of these plates on a Q??? ….this might be b*****k but, apparently you can register a Q in Ireland as an Irish plate then re-register it on an English plate without it ever actually leaving this country. The friend who explained this to me in great detail seemed to know what he was talking about, but I was, very, very drunk at the time. Timo
I think you can register Q plates on NI regs. At least we dont have any Q regs over here. I can't remember having seen any. If you notice, American stretch limos are on NI plates because the wont pass a UK MOT on lights, bumpers, indicators etc. but for some reason we approve them. Maybe the DVLA in NI like the odd bung! brianm
Q plates are free Hmmm, Q plates may be free, but its the hard wear that goes with them that costs, ask my missus. I think if one more courier delivered package arrives home before I do, them I'm history Brian
