Wide bodied passenger footrest .

finished fabricating a foot rest today. 2mm alum alloy sheet, rubber matting bonded on.  it's hinged at the top and so can be lifted up to accommodate taller passengers.  Lockable chrome hasp at the bottom creates a nice 'secure-ish' storage area.  Just need to install a couple of press studs on leather loop straps to secure it in the up position when not in use.
