John - If the car is presented in Road Legal condition with MOT , Insurance and Tax it does not need a vehicle passport

I need to check about the cage requirement for mod prod cars

I have a full MSA cage ( Caged)

Seems like it would be better to stay in WSCC 'A' , road going MSA

But I suppose its fairly easy to get a passport- then I dont need to tax,insure,mot

Hans is probably a good idea whichever class

Passport saves cost of MOT etc and you can then run list 1C tyres in mod prods

If you enter class A then its 1A or 1B tyres and you do need to be fully road legal and need MOT, Insurance and tax
