Howsafe Workwear and Safety Equipment Posted February 1, 2018 Posted February 1, 2018 After somehow coming across a video on YouTube of a chap who had made himself a Harley Davidson sign out of wood with not much more than a router and a gas torch I thought how difficult could it be so I set about trying to recreate one of our company logos that is already in use throughout our showroom in wood! I was really pleased with the results and cost £10 for a used scaffold board, a few quid for the gas I used - obviousely excluding any tools I had to invest in I did take some pics of the process so if you are interested I will pop them up later 5 Quote
Alan Cutler (Adge) - Dorset AO Posted February 1, 2018 Posted February 1, 2018 Looks good, a few hours work I guess, time you made templates. Or are you going to say you did it all freehand? Interested to see "in progress" photos, if you can see through the dust! Quote

Yes all freehand with a router although the design was printed off to size and used as the template - used a router fence for some of the straight edges (bit of wood clamped down) 1 Quote
