Thrustyjust Posted January 25, 2018 Posted January 25, 2018 http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/uk-england-norfolk-42812086/motorcyclists-clocked-speeding-at-155mph-near-norwich It takes nearly a year for it to go to court for disqualification ? Its a clear cut case, unless I missed something. Why does it take a year of them free to drive around before they get punished. Probably find some have emigrated before the case ................ Rhett Turner - Black Country AO Posted January 30, 2018 Posted January 30, 2018 The only reason I could possibly see for such a delay in such a clear cut case is that it may be forces personnel involved who have tours if duty. Quote
Blatman Posted February 3, 2018 Posted February 3, 2018 Video is in the public domain. If I was in the frame I'd tell my solicitor to argue that I cannot get a fair trial being as the key prosecution evidence is no longer sub-judice. It's not right BUT this is the sort of the thing that should be taught to anyone who thinks immediate uploads of an "event" to social media is a good thing. Often it does more for the guilty than the innocent. Quote
