JamesD Posted November 15, 2003 Posted November 15, 2003 After a cracking summer's use of my chrome yellow westy, and a thoroughly enjoyable build period I have decided to sell the Westy to fund another project. This Westy was bought in May 2002 and completed on the road in July 2003, it was registered on a new '03 plate. Details as follows: 2.0 Zetec (179bhp proven in standard trim) Jenvey Throttle bodies (Twin 45) DTA ECU Aeroscreen Avo Shocks and Springs Cobra Seats Suspension setup by PROCOMP Nearly all of the parts were new from Westfield, I have a all the bills/history and loads of spares (including a full set of tyres and a Zetec Bottom End). The car has completed just 1500 miles, it has 6 months tax left and I am asking for offers in the region of £11500 I have many pictures, I will mail if you ask (or If some kind person can provide some web space...) Regards, JD 07766775708

Nick.Petty Posted February 2, 2004 Posted February 2, 2004 I have spoken to the owner of this yellow one also and although I got the impression he could be a bit flexible on price I don't think he will get to where I need to be. Also the yellow one is not LSD and I'm not a huge fan of the Cobras, whereas the Lotus Elise seats in the Orange one are the dog's bits, and it has the quaiffe.. Yellow one better colour/better registration ... Hmmmm. Now if he could do the yellow one for £8k ......

Nick.Petty Posted February 2, 2004 Posted February 2, 2004 eh? How did my reply above get in this section as I'm sure I posted it in a conversation earlier in the 'message board chat' weird. Anyone looking to buy this lovely yellow car, I am not suggesting it can be bought for less than what is being asked for - you need to read my thread in the 'message board chat' to get the context of this reply that was then somehow mistakenly posted in the for sale section. No offence meant, nice owner of nice yellow car. Double weird that. I still can't get the 'ang of this site! Nick.
JamesD Posted February 3, 2004 Author Posted February 3, 2004 Now i have finally got my firewall working
