10.6.3 is road going westy excluded and we just need on/off switch marked up or do we need a cut off switch in place now

For a standard road going car you don't need to fit a separate cut off switch to be fitted but you must clearly mark the on / off position of your ign switch.  

You can buy a " scrutineers" sheet of various sticky labels if you wish. 

I might have a basic spare cut off switch though Simon which is yours for the cost of the postage ( if I can find it)
