Your going to find that water gets in via the windscreen skuttle/bonnet gap, gets on top of the foot wells and then seeps into the foot wells themselves, which then pools and starts attacking things.

Oh I appreciate it will get wet.

Hence the holes in the floor to let it back out.

And the interior of my car is best described as spartan.

It also gets driven every week, come rain or shine, though I do prefer shine.
