gee_fin Posted August 25, 2003 Posted August 25, 2003 Fully loaded low-mileage Vauxhall Senator (heated seats, climate control, electric everything etc) in metallic silver. Fitted with a fettled 4litre Jaguar engine giving over 300bhp. All work carried out by TWR. Getrag 5 speed manual, limited slip diff, custom lowered Bilsteins giving an amazingly sharp handling car - feels like it handles better than most Caterfields I've been in (I kid you not). Very quick through the twisties yet perfectly at home cruising at 100mph+. A real grand tourer. 17" split rim TWR alloys running new Goodyear F1 Eagles (235s), stainless exhaust system, uprated brakes. A stunning handling, immensely quick road car, own a little piece of TWR heritage. £11,000 Graeme.
samcooke Posted August 30, 2003 Posted August 30, 2003 OMG - That's a seriously neat install. I've got a new 7th on my lottery list
samcooke Posted August 31, 2003 Posted August 31, 2003 Naaaah. Lotus Carlton aint a Q car. You can spot them a mile off. I'd have to get it painted white and remove the big bumpers, and that would be silly. Plus, an £11k Carlton sounds like trouble to me.
windy Posted August 31, 2003 Posted August 31, 2003 You can spot them a mile off. disappearing rapidy into the distance at 185 mph!!!!
