As above how does the community reputation work? Been here for years and only 305, what does that mean?

Note that since the last Boardroom update, Invision, mindful of how used to Social media many of it's systems users are, has broadened the choices from the old just being able to "like" a post to now include:

Like, Thanks, Ha Ha, Confused and Sad 

Liking a post, thanking someone for a post or finding it amusing all add 1 pt to the members total reputation. Finding it confusing or just sad are neutral and add no points.
