I am going to replace all the bulbs with LEDs but not sure where the flasher relay is I've looked everywhere under the dash but can only find these two any clues???

Those two look like ECU relays. 

The indicator one is usually by itself on the harness under the scuttle.

Can you flick the indicators on and trace the noise?

As above, you can usually find them with the indicators on,even if it's in a row of two or three you can feel the contacts moving with the indicators on

they usually make a loud clicking noise when on

I have found it, cunningly bolted to the back of the dash!
