Went out for a blat this morning, 6:30 start, boy oh boy was it cold.  After 5 minutes I had to pull over and dig out my Guy Martin Bobble Hat as my head was starting to ache with the cold.

Managed a mere 50 miles before turning tail and heading for home.  Nice cup of tea whilst I put the car away, the only bonus was there wasn't the usual film of dead bugs spread over the car. I guess last night's chill killed them all off.

I heard some idiot on the radio mention "Indian Summer" a couple of days ago   Its not here yet.....

Yeah, love winter Westfielding for that reason - sharp crisp winter mornings you could really feel the difference!

Been beautiful in Norfolk today - had breakfast outside!
