Weather looking good for Sunday, the route, leave the Tudor Rose 8am heading for Bala then onto Machynlleth for fuel, we will then take the fabulous Dylife road to Rhayader then onto the visitors centre in Elan Village. We will then have a run through Elan Valley up to Devil's Bridge for tea and cake, depending on weather and time we can sort our homeward journey from there

Looking forward to this. Elan Valley is fabulous, especially if the weather is good, which looks promising. Half hood on board, just in case.

Bit worried about the first fuel stop, mine might need a few in between.

OK, first fuel stop Dobs Hill, then Bala town centre, then far end of Bala Lake, then Dolgellau, and then Machynlleth.

John, Elan Valley is 27 miles long with no petrol station along the way, will your car make it ?

Our Sunday run will now start at 9am and keeping to the North Wales area as it has forecast heavy rain in Mid Wales for most of the day.

if you know anybody who was going to the Tudor Rose for 8am, tell them it is now 9am.
