Rogers79 Posted May 27, 2017 Posted May 27, 2017 Widetrack front end wanted, ideally second hand or advice on who does the best Ines available? thanks jez
Kingster Posted May 27, 2017 Posted May 27, 2017 AFAIK there's three suppliers. Westfield do two versions of widetrack, rally design sell one and so do Siltech. Of those, I believe the Siltech one is supposed to be the dog's danglies. They also do various options I think.
AdamR Posted May 27, 2017 Posted May 27, 2017 Preparing to open a can of worms... Why do you want widetrack?

Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) - Club Chairman Posted May 27, 2017 Posted May 27, 2017 Seriously though, I'm on narrow track, with the clamshells, I have a little more lock than cycle wings, though more would be nice, but I quite like the steering; trouble is, I can't compare directly to my old car, as the Mega S2000 chassis has some revised geometry built in, and the relocated rack. And when I say "like", the steering has a different feel to it that I really like, I'd love to be able to do a like for like comparison.
Kingster Posted May 27, 2017 Posted May 27, 2017 Widetrack is way easier to set up the camber than standard. Much improved steering lock. Looks cool and sounds all racey
