Coventry Motofest 3rd & 4th June.

Its a bit close for this year but if anyone was going it would be nice to get some feedback.

I have spoken to one of the organisers and if we are interested we may be able to have an official presence there and maybe even a lap of the city.

The weather is always the problem

From what I have been told it looks like you need an MSA license to go round the circuit but we might be able to have a presence. There is nothing to stop a few of us going out there to see what it's all about.

Close to me, so weather permitting I'd probably go on one of the days.

Funny you need an MSA license when the residents of Coventry use the ring road as a race track every day, and many of them don't even have a driving license!

I'm going Saturday but in the tin top as I'm taking the family.

Sadly won't be there now as men are coming around on Saturday to install Lady Colonial's birthday present - new kitchen granite worktops, stainless steel sink and a six-ring gas hob - which should take all day.  Deep joy.  Don't ask how much it cost, but my recent throttle body upgrade was cheap by comparison.  As Stu says, needs must...have a great time.

Its V12 and old school and really loud..

The track, how cool is that.

For those who don't know that is Loris Capirossi 990 Moto GP bike.

Its really loud and used to watch them race but nothing prepares you to the sound of one three feet away and when it goes through the tunnel.

A bit of wee came out.

One for the bike fans.

When was the last time you saw on of those.
