I picked this up this morning at the Ford show, not bad for £2, but it's a Caterham not a Westfield. Not for long, let the modification begin.

Bonnet louvers sanded off, grill filled and primed,

Exhaust cut from "chassis" ready to be fitted to the other side and cut out in body filled.

Looks fantastic, but its not a crossflow without some oil underneath on the floor :d

Can I just say, in defence of the mighty Dagenham powerplant, mine hasn't spilt a drop since it was fired up again after being put back together. I'm now having to worry about the possibility of rust underneath!

That's normally how you can tell that you forgot to put any oil back in it after a rebuild!
