You can mount the mike, ear pieces and receiver to a helmet or fit them in ear defenders if you don't wish to wear a lid! I bought a set of 4 and made 3 sets with ear defenders and put the 4th in my lid. Quote
BenD Posted March 29, 2017 Posted March 29, 2017 they do fit under a helmet because thats what there designed for. ians post they have been adapted to fit into ear defenders. btu for the money i think youd be struggling to beat the quality you can get 4 sets for 100 quid of the bay of evil 1 Quote

Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) - Club Chairman Posted March 29, 2017 Posted March 29, 2017 Interesting set up, (for those of us without helmets to attach the speakers to), do you have to have the controller in the side of your head though? Or is there enough cable to clip it on to a harness strap or something? (I dislike the idea of wearing the ear defenders enough already, without having that thing on the side of my head!!) Quote

The wires aren't too long @Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) - WSCC AO Rep So the transmitter is on the outside of the left ear shell. It does catch the headrest when doing left shoulder checks unless you lean forward. It may be possible to mount the transmitter on the top of the headband but accessing the buttons won't be so easy! I'll bring them along to next week's Cheshire Meet and you can give them a good look over. Quote
Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) - Club Chairman Posted March 29, 2017 Posted March 29, 2017 Oh yeah, that should be extendable... Quote
