Ok so I confess that the one in the middle is me back in the days when I had hair  The location is Leisure World in Colchester during my years of RC car racing and if I was to guess for the year it is either 1994 or 95. 

Your source is wrong about the 2CV though, the Renault 11 is mine :oops or more accurately my parents. I passed my test in the summer of 1994 and then in the winter of 1995/6 I crashed it heavily into the back of van.

If I'm not mistaken that's also a Schumacher Boss Cat hiding on the parcel shelf, but I'm ashamed to say I can remember the names of the two shady characters stood beside me
