I've got the full hood (FW) for my 250 (going to be hilarious seeing a pensioner getting in and out!!) still in its wrapping. If it helps I could fish it out and take some photos it. Won't be able to show it fitted for some time yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(Hood and heater were "must haves" as far as the boss was concerned!!)

Could measure the height of the taller screen if it helps?

As far as I can see, the taller screen shouldn't affect the half hoods too much, I suspect you might just about get away with one unmodified.

Does the new version of the hood include the Velcro around where the door seals are on the top and rear edges of the door "frames"?

The Sport Turbo sidescreens/doors have a run of Velcro along the top edge and down the rear upper edge that mates with the ST hood, it also has a series of vinyl tabs sewn in around the top and upper rear of the widescreen to assist in pulling the Velcro together from inside the car. They also use a long flap of vinyl running the length of the side screen, part way down the solid lower section, to secure them shut, this flap attaches inside the car and covers most of the door to car gap, just above the cars kick strip. Likewise, the Sport Turbo tall side screen has an extra flap of vinyl at the top, to help seal the gap to the windscreen, and if I remember right, a sort of vinyl bellows piece, inside the front lower edge of the door, to help seal that section.

Not sure how much of that has been carried over?

Certainly in some of the magazine reviews etc of the time, praise on how well, (for a Seven style car) the roof and side screens sealed was given.

I would be interested in the height of the screen please.

Also if someone could measure a normal screen that would be helpful.

I'm guessing the uprights, and hence angle of the screens are identical?

PS Photo's are always good

The sport turbo/250 screen is 50mm higher. All other fittings etc are the same as a standard screen. The only thing of note is there isn't a heated option in the bigger screen,  well there wasn't when I was buying it.

I fitted mine over the weekend I'll stick some pics up later.

Photo below of my 250 screen (no wiring on it, so presume not heated - just as well I went for heater option for IVA!)

If you want any more dimensions give a shout, can't help with pillars I'm afraid, they're on the "pending" list!

Apologies In advance Ian if you feel your screen question has been hijacked to include hoods as well!!! Photos below of hood and side screens.

Only Velcro I can find appears to be for the extra tubing support inside the hood.

Sidescreen to hood "seal" appears to be a flap, no sign of any Velcro! Time will tell how effective it is, current thoughts are "emergency" use only, we'll see!!
