I've got a couple of Y-Cam Outdoor HD Pro units (motion activated) and they work very well.  Recordings stored on their server for 7 days FoC and you can download any you want to keep.  They can be connected using PoE so you only need one cable to them.  Image quality similar to Motco's.  I'll be getting more when fibre internet eventually reaches us later this year

My vote goes with Arlo Pro..... got a 4 camera System.....set the whole thing up in minutes..... including the screwdriver bits......
