DannyScarbro Posted January 7, 2017 Posted January 7, 2017 After lots of deliberation I have made the decision to move back to a tin top over the kit car for my track days. Which means my very special Westfield is up for sale, the car is very fast, unique and would be a good contender for a lot of racing or just simply a very impressive track toy! The car is fully road legal and tax/tested. I have used the car for Sunday drives on the road, getting to track-days and track-days. Specification; General. Westfield SeI Widebody Registered 06/08/2003 Mileage circa 7/8k Mot till 29/07/2017 Tax till 01/08/2017 Running gear; 2004 Honda Fireblade 1000RR engine TTS Rotrex supercharger kit TTS intercooler Honda 6speed sequential gearbox Custom made plenum with 8 injectors Zero exhausts custom ex manifold Zero exhausts silencer with lamba sensor AB performance billet sump with baffle plate AB performance remote clutch kit AB performance sprocket adapter Electric water pump with controller Samco water and boost hoses Mocal oil cooler Custom made pipework with blow off valve Coolex 55mm core Alluminium Radiator Aeroquip fuel hoses Twin fuel rails FSE fuel regulator Malbro in tank fuel pump with swirl pot Blitz stainless induction Seton tuning mapable ecu (done by TTS) Barnett uprated clutch plate and springs Lightweight alloy clutch basket Kwiktronic electronic gearchange with full throttle shift Land Rover clutch master cylinder Custom made engine wiring loom Bailey Morris torque resilient propshaft Quaife LSD in freelander lightweight casing and lightweight diff brackets Alloy fuel tank Chassis; Westfield widetrack front Nitron adjustable coilovers Quick steering rack without lock stops Fluke Motorsport ultralightweight front disks and bells Hi spec ultralight 4 pot front calipers Alloy front hubs Rear disk brakes Braided brake hoses Ball joints and track rod end replaced within 3k 13" team dynamics pro race in gloss back with Westfield centre caps Toyo 888 205 front and rear semi slicks all good tread Bodywork; Megablade yellow panels V8 bonnet RAC roll bar Mickmade carbon fibre flared engine panels Mickmade carbon pedal box cover Carbon mods rear arch protectors Carbon nv carbon rear diffuser with slats Carbon nv carbon boot panel Carbon mods sill protectors Genuine Westfield rear lights and clear ones (genuine currently fitted) Black adjustable race mirrors Carbon look 4" dominator headlights Interior; Westfield race seats in black Sabelt 3" 4 point harness Carbon nv carbon centre console panel Raid 280mm suede wheel Steering wheel spacer Kitcar direct carbon dash panel Aem air:fuel gauge RMD Speedometer, tacho, fuel, water temp, oil pressure and boost gauges Led volt gauge Power Cut off switch As you can see the spec list is huge and most importantly every bit of the car has been built with keeping the weight to an absolute minimum. General condition of the car is good with lots of parts replaced. There are a few small marks as expected but nothing serious, cleans up well and looks great as per the pictures. The car was mapped on the dyno at TTS and produced a very impressive 220bhp at the wheels at a conservative 11,800rpm and 100lb ft. (Circa just over 250bhp at fly) With all the time and money spend on lightweight parts it weighs just under 450kg. All round you get over 550bhp per tonne in a well set up Westfield with a 6 speed sequential box. It's one to upset Radical owners with! Price now reduced to £12,900 (Priced for quick sale, no offers.) Also included is quite a few spare bits and pieces; Carbon fibre race exhaust Clear Westfield rear lights Standard slim radiator Aluminium radiator ducting Carbon look spare dash Carbon look rear dash panel Leather dash Chrome headlights Any questions please PM, call or text; 07867384175 Many thanks Dan *more detailed and recent pictures will be taken next week when I have some time off work
DannyScarbro Posted January 7, 2017 Author Posted January 7, 2017 Thanks Russ....Just amended the pictures now.
Kingster Posted January 7, 2017 Posted January 7, 2017 Nice spec and IMO at a very reasonable price for what you get. Bet it flies! Someone will be getting a cracking car.
DannyScarbro Posted January 7, 2017 Author Posted January 7, 2017 Thanks Chris, It's such a brilliant car to drive on track & I wish I could keep it for the summer fun. The weight makes it so nimble and on its toes and the power is savage but useable. The extra torque actually makes it quite driveable on the road too with the extra torque. Dan
Kyle Posted January 7, 2017 Posted January 7, 2017 What an incredible car and a performance bargain IMO. Best of luck with the sale.
binjoau Posted January 7, 2017 Posted January 7, 2017 If I could get mine sold quickly I would be seriously tempted!
binjoau Posted January 8, 2017 Posted January 8, 2017 I think if I sold it now after all the work I've done over the winter the gf might kill me! Lol. good luck with the sale though mate
