MacBook Pro sticking keys

Some of my keys on my 4 year old MacBook Pro are sticking and driving me mad. Any easy way to clean them and free them off. I have seen a couple of how to clean videos but they look scary! What would it cost to get someone to do it?

Have you seen https://www.ifixit.com/Device/Mac_Laptop ? Not sure how cheap/expensive it would be for anyone to do it, but the link should give you an insight in how involved it will be...

I've used WD40 for cleaning keyboards, including both my MBP and my plug in Mac keyboard

Worth a google first to makes sure it would be alright and assuming its just dirt that is making the keys sticky rather than a misalignment etc. but wouldn't a general degreaser be alright? I'd imagine it would just flash off.
