Weren't they 16" wheels?

If so, there's not that many Westfield's on that size, though the factory did use them on the V8's with underslung exhausts, for extra clearance, if I remember right.

(15",14" and 13" were the other main factory supplied sizes, though 15" and 13" are mainly what people fit now.)

What's the choice of tyres like in 16"?

Dave,

Your correct they are 16", tyres seem to be pretty well available I bought the HPC wheels with brand new Michelin's  on them.

When I bought the car it had 16" Monza PCD 108 wheels the multi-spoke ones which to be honest I did not like.(I will be selling them they have Goodrich tyres on at the moment)  The wheels are like brand new

I thought the HPC wheels would give the car a new look.

I have to move the front wings out about an inch to centralize the wheels inside the wing, I will post some pictures when I've done my upgrades.

I may have to modify the stays so I wondered if any one else had done the job, if so how.

The offset of the rims will determine the position of the tyres relevant to the wings and bodywork

Hi Tel,

Yes you are spot on, to be honest I reckon they look really good as they are gloss black against a dark green body,

My interior is the dark red with contoured dash and black hood and doors.

A good way of lining up the wings is to put a spacer on the bottom but - I used some ali tube from B&Q. The wings will then need to be straightened by giving them a bit of a tug!!
