K865WWD....Seight..History anyone ?

Hi, I'm a new member who joined today. I'm here because I've just bought a green Seight, K865WWD.

I was curious to know if any members (or non-members) were previous owners of this vehicle and could tell me anything about its history (shows attended, track days, touring venues, etc ). I'm intending taking it on a trip to Italy, where I spend much of my time now I'm retired.

Any comments, advice, inside knowledge, anything at all would be really appreciated.

Thanks.

Thanks, all for your kind welcomes.

And, Mr T, last time I drove a Ford xflow was in a 1600 Cortina, given the weight difference, I would imagine it would pull a Westy very well !

Sorry, can't help with the car either, but welcome!

And it's true, cross flows always did make a cracking Westfield engine, beautifully compact, unlike the overly tall modern engines, and in tuned form with twin Webers, one of the most evocative sounding engines you can fit. You probably have the other most evocative sounding engine, with a V8!
