Your Twickers Tips Needed Please

Going to Twickenham on 23rd October to see the NFL game (2:30 PM kickoff) with three friends.  Never been to Twickenham before and looking for some tips on parking and good pubs nearby where we can eat a hearty pre-game meal and have a pint (if forced - which I will be).  (Train journey is out of the question, WAY too long and probably a replacement bus anyway.)  Plan on getting there about 10:30-11:00 to avoid as many issues as possible.  Any experience and tips?  Thanks.

I have been to thickets a few times and I have just parked on the street. It's about a 10 minute walk. The details on the zones are here. http://www.hounslow.gov.uk/street_parking_zones

I'm a tight b******* and won't pay if I don't have to. Lots of other options but this is the one I use.

I've used this parking site https://www.justpark.com/uk/parking/twickenham/in the past and booked into a school about 15mins away.    Also official parking on the A316 called twickeham stoop, non bookable but should get in there as you are going early.

If my memory serves me rightly, we used to go to http://www.royaloakisleworth.co.uk/ and park somewhere around Riverside walk.
