Certainly thinking about it, have to check if I have any other domestic duties. Will probably decide on Thursday and will let you know.

I'm looking to go on Saturday.  If I've got my registration number and it's a dry day, it would make a good debut run for my Eleven.  Where should I aim for to park in the "cars they like" area?

I was there last year with the Sunbeam Lotus Owners Club.  It was a really good day out with plenty to see on the hill and in the paddock.

I live nearby so will be there one day or another but on foot! :d

The area they normally put the cars are behind the spectator stand by the hill itself so you need to go in the normal public car park and head up to the right of where you pay ,  there is a small entrance with a couple of stewards there ,hope this helps

Hi, Mark,

Thank you for that.  When I went a few years ago I was in there but didn't arrive very early so I was a fair way up the hill with my classic car mixed in with moderns.  I'll have to make sure I get up there early.

Hi, again,

As I will be coming in an Eleven, that is a copy of a 1957 vehicle using parts from a 1973 MG Midget (and due to have an age related number plate), I have been able to book in to park in the paddock with the classic cars.  That's where I was last year with the Sunbeam.

Maybe see some WSCC members there a week on Saturday.  If my registration number doesn't come through, I'll probably borrow a trailer and drag it there anyway!

Hope to be there for both days so will pop over and say hello , love to see an eleven , would be even better if you show them how its done up the hill !!!

Nice to meet you guys up there yesterday  , I thought the weather held up very well and there were some very special cars going up the hill , a scattering of Caterham's including one going up the hill , I also spotted two mnr vortex's and martins westie  . On the hill itself some of the stars had to be for me anyway the glorious  28 ltr Bentley Napier ,  various Ferrari's , a McLaren , basically over three hundred  exotic cars and bikes from 1905 onwards  to get your pulse racing . I  will be going up in my westie today for more fun so in all a great day with more to come today . is there anyone going today out of interest ?

I was there with family and saw two Westfields in the car park, but nobody with them to say hello to. :( The whole event has a great atmosphere and today's weather was a bonus after yesterday's cold/wet. Some odd pics to follow when time allows. It helps that I, like you, am local and my daughter lives a five minute walk from the hill so no parking worries.

Yes , Well did make it to the kop but was too late to get in to the specialist enclosure so was banished two field two , but hey ,What a great day had by all it seems with even more cars today and attendance was amazing , would love to see the club there one day . don't know whether or not that could happen but it would be good to see a lot more  Westfield's for next year , have a large field that could be used for weekend campers ???

All it takes is for someone to step forward and organise it! :)
