Basic/cheap wheels for auto solo event

I use my Westfield for Road and Sprint use (List B tyres), but I need a very basic spec of tyre (from List A) to compete in Auto Solo events.

Therefore I am looking for some very cheap entry level 13" wheels to suit this purpose.

What is my best option please?
