Track noise limit

Wanting to book a track day but how do you know if your cars below 105db

If you pop over to a track day they will normally do a noise test for. 105db is very loud so a road going standard Westfield should have no trouble passing it.

Mine was 108 with a bike engine and twin race exhausts. Unless it's obscene you should be fine

There is a good app sound meter called Decibel 10th for iPhone and android that is very accurate. It will give you a good guide to go by.

The measurement is taken at 3/4 of your rev limit in the static test, at a distance of 0.5 meters at an angle 45 degrees and is measured in dB(A)
