Washers that sit on the wiper stubs and hold down the fillet.

I am looking for two of the washers that fit on the wiper stubs that the wiper arms connect onto.

The washers then sit against the fillet that goes against the windscreen.

Mine are missing and my fillet keeps lifting in the wind.

sorry, just got rid of my original reply, I was thinking of there being some kind of washer on the wiper spindles, which I'm afraid there isn't. My mistake though, as I completely forgot to mention the locking fittings on the spindles, which I guess is what you meant? There should be a flat topped roughly ten pence sized threaded fitting on each spindle, which secures the fillet, these have two holes in the tops for a pin spanner to secure them. (Though most of us just use circlip pliers etc). They normally come wi the spindles/wheel boxes, but I'll have a look on line, see if I can see anything.

It's also not uncommon, mainly amongst those of us who use the car all year round, or in wet weather at least, to seal the top edge of the fillet to the glass with a very thin bead of clear silicon. (It helps stop rain, screen wash etc from working its way down the screen, under the fillet and eventually down through the wiper spindle holes into the scuttle).

Will have a look again later, but can't find anything at the moment.

It may be a bespoke combination of bits done for Westfield; certainly the spacer tubes are, as the lengths and angles are different to the original Mini. All the BL applications I can find using those wheel boxes just use a normal, though extra thin lock nut, and not the pin style nut the factory uses.

I've even had a look on the web site of one of the whole sale suppliers I know WSC uses, and even they only list the BL style wheel boxes and wiper kits with original chrome nuts. (Though it's possible if you spoke to them, they may be able to supply the alternatives, but I don't actually know if it's them that WSC get the wiper kits from).

Thanks for the replies Dave.

The parts you are referring too sound like what I need.

I will do some searching.

I have previously had silicone on the fillets but it just came apart whilst driving.

Silicone alone probably won't be enough, without those fasteners.
