As per my post in the other thread:

 

Try and get a hood and frame from the same car if possible. They have changed over the years, and as I found out recently a nineties hood, does not necessarily fit a frame made in the last five years. 

 

A more recent hood, should sort of work with an older frame, but the press studs will probably be quite a way out, and it may sit oddly around the rear arches.

Mines a year 2000 frame.

I may sell hood, but not until weighed up all my options, which may not be until much later in year.
