You only need that for balancing the airflow.The throttle butterflies should be shut closed and there is an air bleed which you adjust to set the flow up the same across the throttles. I guess Dave is trying the lean out his idle mixtures. I would also reset the throttle potentiometer before adjusting and fueling. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
