Hi I'm from Colchester, can't work out how to add photos ?

Also don't know if you guys can help, my car has r500 seats ( or very similar ) but I need to move the forward by about 100mm I have done this but think I need some sort of box behind the the seat to stop it pivoting on the top bolt! Any ideas ?
