M6 WSC
Morning all, I'm after a boot bag for an 8 day tour of Scotland this August with the Mrs. I have a full cage and apart from the SBFS option (they're out of stock), does anyone have one for sale, or another waterproof alternative? I'll be at Stoneleigh if anyone has one to sell who's attending. Cheers, M6 WSC
Geoffrey Carter (Buttercup)
What about a rucksack in a dry bag.
Tom Frankland (T3OMF)
This is the one we use on our European tours, the proper dry bags and you can use the clip to attach it to the cage http://www.ewetsuits.com/acatalog/dry-bag-holdalls.html
Geoffrey Carter (Buttercup)
I like those bags a lot Tom. It is the 40ltr on the car. Just ordered one. Lot cheaper from the website in Toms link.

M6 WSC
Thanks for the advice so far team! So are we recommending the 60L or the 40L?..... Also, what do you think of the idea of undoing the drop links (and securing them so they don't rattle) on my front and rear ARB's for the trip, to give a bit of a softer ride for the Scottish highland roads? Geoffrey Carter (Buttercup)
Where about in the highlands are you going. The roads are really smooth and in fabulous condition up there.

Here is a link to my thread from last year as it mentions the roads and also a few of the places you are going. Sand Dancer
No - but it's orange!! I hadn't spotted your LOMO ones, the only feature the Touratech ones have extra is the securing D rings. They work out at £65 for D rings!
