our tip is free for domestic rubbish and the council will collect old furniture and appliances, the council did a hasty u-turn when a £20 pound charge was introduced for collection, as fly-tipping went through the roof overnight .

Ii would love it if you could trace the person responsible for dumping the waste and then return the rubbish in the middle of the night, although it would never workout like that as you would probably be the one prosecuted and fined .
